Returns & Exchanges Policy

Just as we meticulously select every Badger tool belt, Hultafors hand instrument, and Starrett precision tool in our inventory, we approach your satisfaction with the same level of care and precision. If any product doesn’t meet your professional standards, we’re here to make it right.

Key Return Information

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date
  • A proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Reciprocating Saw Blades (once packaging is opened)
  • Demolition Tools that show any signs of use
  • Any tools with removed safety tags or altered safety features
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items from our Badger Complete Systems or Vests collections
  • Items that are not in resalable condition

Return & Exchange Process

1 Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.

2 Package Your Items

Once your return is authorized, carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip.

3 Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
